-Voting Members - The right to interupt and can stop any debate given by delgate members
--Mystic 5
-Delegate Members - Debate about an issue but must have permission by 1 of mystic to talk
--Judicator
EVENTS:
--COUNCIL MEETING - Exchange ideas and making decision to improve the clan. Meeting covers promo, trivia between members, recruitement process, any activities within clan.
--MYSTIC SUMMIT - A meeting of the Mystic 5 to make an evaulation or decision on certain important matter. Summit covers void of clan membership, demote a ranking member, clan war, and promo of a council.
--CLAN POLL -- To get ideas from clan members about an event or a decision to be decided.
--COUNCIL POLL -- Decision base on clan poll. Clan poll and council poll must be the same to impliment a change.
